Like I’ve always said coming from and living in Daytona Beach all my life pretty much I think I can say I’ve found my new home and will not regret that I made the right choice to say Tampa is definitely a great place to live in.

Not sure if you have done a video on the subject of property taxes, I’m looking to move to Florida and I’m considering Tampa very much. Is the any property tax breaks for veterans? With 100% VA rating?

Such conversations are very important. It would help more if we can have a bullet point summary of the entire conversation.

I think I'm going to need people to start saying what their definition of "affordability" is. Because "affordable" doesn't mean the same thing to everyone. However, my goal is to still move to the Tampa surrounding area. As soon as I'm able to have a reasonable chance to do, and be able to provide a decent lifestyle on my own income.

We just closed on David Weekly home this last December in Pasco and excited for the next chapter. It was great listening to the Mayor talk about the future plans! By the way great to hear that Brightline is finally making their way to Tampa. Do you know when is that project is forecasted for? Also curious about the restaurant…was it Front Porch? This is such a bargain in today’s market! I think all those comments saying the prices are crazy are way out of touch. Unfortunately we just purchased in that price range, but we looked all over Florida and these prices are quite reasonable.

I’m moving here 27 of June I’m so excited

No way I would buy right now. I purchased my biscayne II from HBWB in 2016. The same home I have is now selling for $175k more than what I paid. No major add ons, just a higher price. I had to have 1527 sq ft of tile replaced in 2018, which caused my family to move out of our home for nine days. Has seven severe roof leaks, which the roof was completed by McDonald roofing. The yard was also not graded correctly, so I have standing pools of water. So, do not , I repeat, DO NOT buy a home from Homes by Westbay. The only decent area in riverview , well… it is not riverview. The subdivisions that are being built in riverview may look decent, but as you drive them, one will start to see a rundown area. Waterset is the only decent area to buy and live in. The homes are overpriced, but a nice neighborhood. The CDD fees are a bit high, but it keeps the neighborhood looking nice and makes people care for their homes. Good video, but the homes are too overpriced and not worth the money at this time. There is no way the second home is worth $700k. My $450k home, built in 2016 is just as nice l, 150 sq ft larger and is valued at 800k, which there is no way I would pay that for the home in 2024. If that house is purchased for 700k, the buyer will never have any equity whatsoever. I’m sorry to appear to be negative, but HBWB does not build quality homes. The same contractors used to build that 700k home from homes by west bay, those same people are building the cheap lenar homes. The builder pays for cheap labor/skills and then pockets these large increases. Just because of the high price, that does not at all equal quality. My family has been very disappointed with the promise of our quality home only to experience a very negative outcome. I would be even more furious to have paid 300k more to have these issues.

This Terra Bella model is a beautiful home that doesn’t look like every other new construction home in FLA. I love the option of a beautiful new construction home with space and acreage! So good, great presentation from you both!

I've done a few off this list. Most notably, the Columbia in Clearwater and Ybor City. I liked Ybor more though. Riverwalk never disappoints!! Bayshore Blvd is also a must see. Frenchy's in Clearwater is also a top stop for me!
